Disclaimer: I am a WonderSlim affiliate, but I would never recommend something I haven’t tried myself and fully endorse.
As a bikini competitor, I’m always looking for low-calorie, healthy snacks that help stave off some of the cravings that I have. Most of the time, I’m craving sweets and candy, but it’s hard to fit within my meal plan. I’ve tried lots of protein bars and other replacements, but I haven’t really found one I liked – until now.
I was shopping on Amazon – late at night and super hungry – when I came across WonderSlim. They’ve got all sorts of high protein snacks, such as dessert bars, shakes, chips and pretzels, as well as entire meals.
I tried this variety pack which had all sorts of flavors – chocolate caramel, chocolate nutty almond, crispy cinnamon, dark chocolate marshmallow, peanut, mint cocoa, and crispy fudge and graham.
Y’all. This was like eating a straight up candy bar. The chocolate flavor comes from an icing-like coating, and the bars weren’t chewy at all – just soft. Here’s the nutrition label for one of them:
10 net carbs, 15 grams of protein, and only 5 grams of fat. These fit within my macros much better than a Quest bar and tasted even better.
All of their other products – which I’m dying to try – have ~4 stars on Amazon.
They also offer a weight loss plan, which Mizpah Matus, a nutritionist, reviews here.
